Blaze hat alles, was du brauchst: Auf unseren Spinning-Bikes fährst du mit verschiedenen Widerstandsstufen: Sprints, Hügel, nichts wird auf unserem Rad ausgelassen. Zusätzlich kombiniert dieses HIIT Boxelemente, vergleichbar mit denen aus unserem Scorch-Workout. 6 Boxschläge, kombiniert zu verrückten Kombinationen. Zum Schluss gibt es noch funktionelles Krafttraining auf dem Boden. Bei diesem Zirkeltraining durchläufst du jede Station einmal und versuchst, das Beste aus deinem Körper herauszuholen.
