Are you ready to start your individual journey with the coach of your choice. Your Goals – Your individual program – your own success. Your journey starts with an anamnesis, where we set out the game plan. Once you created the perfect setup for your goals, we will get right into it. You will be training in our exclusive personal training gym, equipped with the latest Technogym gear. Each of your sessions will take 55 minutes in which you form your body into perfection.

  • PT First Timer Triple Pack – 259 Euros
  • Single Session – 110 Euros
  • 10 Sessions – 990 Euros
  • 2:1 PT (1 coach, 2 clients) Single Session – 135 Euros
  • 2:1 PT (1 coach, 2 clients) 10 Sessions – 1250 Euros
  • Anthropometric measurement – 85 Euros

Anthropometric measurement

Skin fold, circumferences, bone widths as well as height and weight will be recorded. Afterwards a profile is created based on this taken data. With the data of the profile, statements can be made about body composition, body fat percentage and muscle mass. Of particular interest is the measurement before and after a certain training program to quantify your success.
