Anthropometric measurement

Skin fold, circumferences, bone widths as well as height and weight will be recorded. Afterwards a profile is created based on this taken data. With the data of the profile, statements can be made about body composition, body fat percentage and muscle mass. Of particular interest is the measurement before and after a certain training program to quantify your success.
