Our Original Workouts serve as the cornerstone of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), 50-minute sessions meticulously designed not only to burn up to 1000 calories but also to sculpt your body to perfection. Let’s delve deeper into the scientific aspects of this workout.

Throughout these sessions, you alternate between cardio intervals on the treadmill and targeted weight exercises on the floor. This training format harnesses the principles of HIIT, combining intense periods of exertion with brief recovery times. The resulting “afterburn effect” or “Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC)” ensures that your body continues to burn calories even after the workout as it regenerates.

The integration of cardio intervals on the treadmill not only enhances aerobic endurance but also supports metabolic adaptation. On the floor, we focus on targeted weight exercises based on the principles of strength training. The synergy of aerobic and anaerobic training not only optimizes fat burning but also promotes muscle building and definition.
